This grand hacienda-style villa, one of the premier homes of Mexico, offers one of the finest Mexican experiences in all of San Miguel de Allende.
Its 17th-century walls and 16-foot ceilings add to the gracious ambiance of the surrounding gardens and multiple outdoor terraces.
The home features 7 bedroom suites, each with queen bed and private bath. NOTE: While Casa Chupa Rosa can sleep up to 14 guests, the owners do offer a special rate of $4000 USD/week for rental groups of 8 or fewer people.
There are multiple nooks and crannies for private escapes into this elegant home from another era....
The house has a maid, a cook and a gardener to enhance your stay. The cook can prepare breakfast and mid-day comida Mon-Fri and breakfast only on Saturday. She also can make afternoon snacks. She doesn't work on Sundays.
The gardens are filled with blooming bugambilla as well as lush native plants and greenery.
There is a large outdoor splash pool/jacuzzi on the main floor, which can be heated at extra cost. Mexican antiques and folk art are throughout the house.
The main dining room will seat 14 comfortably and there are also several other outdoor eating areas. The house is located in the center of town, just steps away from fine restaurants, shops and galleries. This villa is a wonderful haven for family gatherings.

Monthly: From $20500
A 8% line item for Mexican taxes and administrative fees will be added to all rental rates.
Please note that a 20% holiday surcharge is added to all rental rates during Christmas, New Year's, Day of the Dead and Semana Santa (week before Easter).
