Casa Sollano offers a casual retreat for 2-4 people in a perfect location — Calle Sollano between Calle Terraplen and Calle Hospicio.
This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom casa has large rooms, a separate sitting room for watching TV, and charming outdoor space with an enchanting fountain. Tucked away on one of the best streets of town, this special hideaway is just steps away from all the shops, restaurants and historic sights for which San Miguel is so famous. It is a just a 5-min. level walk to the Jardin, the heart of the historic Centro. Children are welcome.
NOTE: The owners prefer longer rentals of at least 6 months or more. There is no maid as of now, but we can assist in finding one for a long-term renter. Rates are negotiable, depending on the length of the rental contract, and the renter would assume responsibility for the utility payments.

A 8% line item for Mexican taxes and administrative fees will be added to all rental rates.
Please note that a 20% holiday surcharge is added to all rental rates during Christmas, New Year's, Day of the Dead and Semana Santa (week before Easter).
